Hi, I'm Jack Hughes, and I help parents protect their kids online.
When I was a child, my parents wanted to protect me from all the dangers of the internet. Dangers like pornography, screen addiction, online predators, and much more.
At first, when I just had an iPad, my parents tried simple things like not telling me the password to my iPad, but I was always able to figure out the password.
Sometimes, that entailed looking over their shoulder or simply guessing the password.
Eventually, my parents let me get my own phone. They didn’t want me to download games and random apps, and they especially wanted to prevent me from going on the internet.
So they put parental controls on my phone.
But sadly, I figured out ways around their parental controls. I would stay up until 2 a.m. watching videos on the internet or playing video games.
My parents tried everything they could to prevent me from getting around their parental controls, but nothing worked. I would always find a way around their controls.
Once I got older, I realized how foolish I had been when I was younger, and I had to deal with the consequences of my actions.
My little siblings were just beginning to get their own devices, and I wanted to protect them from all the filth that I encountered online.
So, I taught my parents the correct way to set up parental controls and how to do so Securely.
My efforts to help my parents were so successful that I decided to help not only my parents but every parent protect their children online.
I personally help parents set up parental controls tailored to their children, and I make sure the parental controls are secure.
I don’t just help parents set up parental controls I also answer all their questions and explain how parental controls work.
I also provide ongoing support for parents in case anything goes wrong, if they have any more questions, or if they want to change something.
